Intelligent Reactive Power Compensation Controller

JKW(Y)
The JKW Intelligent Reactive Power Compensation Controller is a new type of power distribution measurement and control equipment integrating data acquisition, reactive power compensation, and power grid parameter analysis. It is suitable for monitoring and reactive power compensation control of AC 0.4KV, 50Hz low-voltage power distribution systems.
The JKW Intelligent Reactive Power Compensation Controller uses a high-speed digital signal processor as its core, employs AC sampling, and features a 256x128 dot-matrix LCD screen as its human-machine interface. It includes power distribution monitoring, reactive power compensation, harmonic analysis, and an adaptive frequency algorithm.
Operating Conditions:
Air Temperature: Air temperature not exceeding +65℃ and not lower than -25℃.
Atmospheric Conditions: Air humidity not exceeding 90% at 20℃; higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperatures.
Altitude: Not exceeding 2500 meters.
Environmental Conditions: The surrounding medium is free from flammability and explosion hazards, corrosive gases, conductive dust, and rain/snow erosion; the installation location must not experience severe vibration.
Interruption Functions:
1. Real-time Data Monitoring:
Voltage, Current, Power Factor
Capacitor Bank Switching Status
Active Power, Reactive Power
Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) of Voltage, Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) of Current
2. Reactive Power Compensation: The sampled physical quantity is reactive power; there is no switching oscillation. Δ-type compensation method
3. Protection functions
Features self-test reset and automatic reset functions.
Features undervoltage and overvoltage protection functions.
Features low current protection function.
Features total harmonic distortion (THD) over-limit protection function.
