Intelligent Reactive Power Compensation Controller

9CK-EC
The EC series intelligent reactive power compensation controller is a new type of power distribution measurement and control equipment that integrates data acquisition, reactive power compensation, and power grid parameter analysis. It is suitable for monitoring and reactive power compensation control of AC 0.4KV, 50Hz low-voltage power distribution systems.
The EC series intelligent reactive power compensation controller uses a high-speed digital signal processor as its core and employs high-precision AC sampling. Its human-machine interface is a 128×64 dot-matrix large-screen LCD display. It features functions such as power distribution monitoring, reactive power compensation, harmonic analysis, and frequency adaptation.
Operating Conditions:
Air Temperature: Air temperature not exceeding +65℃ and not lower than -25℃.
Atmospheric Conditions: Air humidity not exceeding 90% at 20℃; higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperatures.
Altitude: Not exceeding 2500 meters.
Environmental Conditions: The surrounding medium is free from flammability and explosion hazards, corrosive gases, conductive dust, and rain/snow corrosion; the installation site must not experience severe vibration.
Terminal Functions:
1. Real-time Data Monitoring
Voltage, current, and power factor of phases A, B, and C
Centric capacitor bank switching status of phases A, B, and C
Active power and reactive power of phases A, B, and C

Detailed Explanation

Compensation parameters

CT ratio

0001

1 to 2,000

Current transformer ratio of incoming line cabinet: If the transformer ratio is 500:5, then this unit is set to 100 (using the ratio).

Investment threshold

0.9 2

0.80 ~ 1.00

The set value represents the input threshold value.

Removal threshold

0.99

0.9 to -0.81

The set value represents the cutoff threshold value.

Delayed input

010.00

5250

Delay time setting: e.g., 10 means 10 seconds.

Delayed resection

005.00

5250

Removal delay time setting: e.g., 5 is 5 seconds

Overvoltage protection

260.0

240 ~ 280

Overvoltage protection: When the mains voltage exceeds a set value, the capacitor is disconnected.

Overvoltage alarm

2 45.0

220 ~ 260

Overvoltage alarm: The current voltage alarm is displayed; the current capacitor state is maintained.

Undervoltage protection

2 08.0

170 ~ 220

Undervoltage protection: When the mains voltage is lower than the set value, the capacitor is disconnected.

Undercurrent protection

0 100

50 ~ 1000

Undercurrent protection: For example, 0 100 represents 100 mA . When the current is less than the set value, the capacitor is disconnected.

Harmonic protection

05.0

2 ~ 60

Voltage harmonic protection: When the total harmonic distortion of the mains voltage exceeds a set value, the capacitor is disconnected.
