The YDX-GM series harmonic-resistant intelligent capacitors are a new generation of reactive power compensation devices designed for 0.4kV low-voltage power grids, offering high efficiency and energy savings, reducing line losses, improving power factor, and optimizing power quality. They consist of an intelligent measurement and control unit, a zero-crossing switching unit, a protection unit, a filter-tuned reactor, and low-voltage filter power capacitors. This new generation of low-voltage reactive power compensation equipment, which replaces the bulky and heavy structure of traditional reactive power compensation devices, offers improved compensation effectiveness, a smaller footprint, lower power consumption, a lower price, greater cost savings, greater flexibility, easier maintenance, a longer service life, and increased reliability. They are designed for use in environments with severe harmonics, operate reliably without resonance, and have no harmonic amplification effect, while also absorbing and eliminating harmonics to a certain extent. Products with a 7% series reactor are suitable for use in electrical environments dominated by 5th harmonics (and above), while products with a 14% series reactor are suitable for use in environments dominated by 3rd harmonics (and above).
