01 Project Description
China Coal Xiyang Energy Co., Ltd., a key energy enterprise in Xiyang County, Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province, actively responded to the National Energy Revolution Comprehensive Reform Pilot Action Plan and comprehensively promoted the intelligent transformation of coal mines. With the increasing automation of mine equipment, harmonic pollution in the low-voltage power grid has become increasingly prominent, seriously affecting the safe and stable operation of power supply equipment.
In order to ensure the safe operation of the power supply system and improve the quality of electricity, China Coal Xiyang Energy decided to carry out harmonic control transformation on the low-voltage power grid.

Low-voltage Power Grid Harmonic Suppression Device
Yidek Technology provides professional low-voltage power grid harmonic suppression device solutions. This device utilizes advanced active filter compensation technology to rapidly track changes in system load harmonics and dynamically respond to switching in real time. With a system response time of ≤20ms, it effectively filters out major harmonics such as the 3rd, 5th, and 7th order. Furthermore, the device utilizes zero-current switching technology for smooth switching without inrush current or shock. Multiple built-in protection features ensure safe and stable system operation.

The harmonic suppression device effectively suppresses harmonic distortion in the grid, reducing overheating and damage to electrical equipment caused by harmonics, extending equipment life, reducing line losses, and improving the energy efficiency of the power supply system.
