02. Solution

Product Introduction:

YDK-SVG static reactive generator is a new type of power electronic device used for dynamic reactive compensation and three-phase imbalance control. It can analyze the reactive content of load current by sampling load current, and then control and actively output the corresponding reverse reactive current, and respond quickly to compensate the reactive component in the load current to achieve dynamic tracking compensation.

Based on industry experience and on-site power distribution characteristics, Yide Technology has tailored a set of dynamic reactive power compensation and power quality optimization solutions for Wenfeng Steel & Aluminum. The solution is based on modular SVG and combines intelligent monitoring technology to achieve multi-dimensional collaborative control.

After the project was put into operation, the operation status of the power grid in the plant area has been significantly improved. The reactive power compensation system responds quickly to load fluctuations, and the power factor is stabilized at a high level, avoiding the cost of power adjustment electricity.
