In reactive power compensation equipment, the contactor is equipped with an inrush current suppression device, which can effectively reduce the impact of the closing inrush current on the capacitor and reduce the operating overvoltage at the moment of short opening. It can replace the original switching device consisting of a contactor and three current-limiting reactors. It has a small size, light weight, strong switching capacity and is easy to install.
Application and Features
CJ19(16)-25, 32, 43, 63, 85, 95 switching capacitor contactors are specially used for switching low-voltage parallel capacitors. They are widely used in reactive power compensation equipment with AC 50Hz and voltage up to 380V. The contactors are equipped with surge suppression devices, which can effectively reduce the impact of closing surge current on capacitors and reduce the operating overvoltage at the moment of short opening. They can replace the original switching device consisting of a contactor and three current-limiting reactors. They are small in size, light in weight, strong in switching capacity and easy to install.
Usage Conditions
Altitude: not more than 2000m.
Ambient air temperature: -25℃ to +40℃.
Relative humidity: not more than 90% at +25℃.
There is no conductive dust and metal-corrosive gas in the air.
The inclination of the installation surface to the vertical surface is not more than 5°.
