YD-8C SeriesThe 8C series intelligent capacitor is a new generation of reactive power compensation equipment for 0.4kV low-voltage power grids that is highly energy-efficient, reduces line losses, and improves power factor and power quality. It consists of an intelligent measurement and control unit, a zero-crossing switching unit, a protection unit, and two (△-type) or one (Y-type) low-voltage power capacitors. It has changed the bulky and heavy structural mode of traditional reactive power compensation devices. As a result, the new generation of low-voltage reactive power compensation equipment has better compensation effect, smaller size, lower power consumption, cheaper price, more cost savings, more flexible use, more convenient maintenance, longer service life, and higher reliability, which meets the higher requirements of modern smart grids for reactive power compensation.
