01 Project Description

02 Solution

YDK-SVGH Series High Voltage Dynamic Reactive Power Compensation Device

High-voltage dynamic reactive power compensation devices can quickly and continuously provide capacitive and inductive reactive power, achieve appropriate voltage and reactive power control, and ensure the stable, efficient, and high-quality operation of the power system.

To address the core needs of this new project, Yide Technology provided a customized outdoor step-down high-voltage SVG (Static Var Generator) solution. This solution is deeply integrated with the plant's high-voltage power distribution system from the design stage. The core equipment possesses full dynamic reactive power compensation capabilities, enabling instantaneous response to load changes. The entire system is specifically designed for outdoor environments, featuring a rational structural layout and high integration. In the new project, it achieved seamless integration with the main power distribution facilities, laying a solid foundation for the efficient and stable operation of the plant's power grid after commissioning.

The effects of the newly constructed project and the SVG system being put into operation simultaneously were immediate. The power factor of the factory's power grid remained at an optimal level from the outset, significantly reducing active power losses and improving the stability and qualification rate of the power supply voltage, thus providing a high-quality power environment for the subsequent connection of precision production equipment. The successful implementation of this project not only provided core support for the green and efficient operation of the new Kaineng Home Textiles base but also demonstrated its advanced concepts in refined energy management.
