01. Site description
Wenzhou Taichang Tower Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The factory is densely distributed with spot welding machines, induction heating equipment, heavy lifting equipment and other unstable loads, which frequently cause reactive power mutations and harmonic distortion during operation, resulting in increased bus voltage fluctuations. At the same time, the output of the rooftop photovoltaic system is intermittent due to weather conditions, further amplifying the pressure on the dynamic stability of the power grid. The problem of voltage exceeding the limit in some periods is particularly prominent, which seriously threatens the continuous operation efficiency of precision processing equipment and production lines.
Traditional reactive power compensation devices are limited by mechanical switch response hysteresis and insufficient harmonic control capabilities, making it difficult to match the fast-changing needs of dynamic loads and photovoltaic grid connection. In addition, the power distribution center of the plant is cramped, and the old compensation equipment is large and has poor heat dissipation conditions, which cannot meet the requirements of high-density deployment. Customers are in urgent need of a highly integrated and responsive solution to achieve coordinated optimization of reactive power dynamic balance, harmonic suppression and voltage stability in a limited space, while adapting to the flexible needs of future production load expansion.
02. Solution
Product Introduction:
YDK-SVGH series high voltage dynamic reactive power compensation device
Yide Technology has specifically proposed an indoor direct-mounted high-voltage SVG solution, which adopts a direct-mounted topology structure, eliminates the external transformer link, significantly reduces the equipment footprint, and adapts to the space constraints of the factory area. The device achieves high power density through modular design, combined with a forced air cooling system to ensure stable operation in high temperature and high humidity environments. In response to the fluctuations in photovoltaic output and nonlinear load characteristics, the system has built-in harmonic suppression algorithms and dynamic reactive power compensation functions, real-time tracking of the grid status, rapid adjustment of reactive power output, and effective suppression of voltage flicker and three-phase imbalance.
After implementation, the grid-connected efficiency of the factory's photovoltaic system has been significantly improved, the downtime rate of production line equipment due to voltage problems has been greatly reduced, and the transformer and line losses have been reduced, helping customers achieve efficient clean energy consumption and green and low-carbon production goals.
